World Map

A little creative endeaver of mine, as I was enjoying learning all the flags and had always wanted to paint a world map sometime. This is a bit smaller than my original idea of painting a map as large as a wall in my bedroom! And I re-discovered how difficult it is to put something sphere-shaped onto 2-D without losing the correct proportions - impossible! As I also found when I tried to put the stars on my ceiling! Anyway, I made this on card, each country with a hole in which to place each flag. Fun.
